Powder Coating
Electrostatic application and oven curing for a tough, corrosion-resistant finish on raw, uncoated metal parts.

Giddings, Texas · In-house facility
Powder coating, sandblasting and surface prep for raw, uncoated steel and aluminum — every part processed in our shop. No mobile or on-site work, no previously painted or assembled parts.
What we do

Electrostatic application and oven curing for a tough, corrosion-resistant finish on raw, uncoated metal parts.

Blasting and cleaning of bare metal to build the right profile and maximize coating adhesion. We do not strip paint from finished goods.
Thousands of colors and textures — gloss, matte, metallic, wrinkle and specialty coatings matched to your spec.
How it works
Share drawings, alloy, color, film build and quantity.
Blast and clean bare metal for a proper anchor profile.
Electrostatic application followed by controlled oven curing.
Inspection, film thickness checks and careful packing for transit.
Our work
Brackets, guarding, trailer frames, railings, furniture bases and OEM components — the same blast, coat and cure discipline on every batch, whether it's one part or a pallet.

Safety orange guarding, gloss black brackets and gray shelving components racked after cure.

Satin black frames built to shrug off Texas sun, road salt, gravel and constant loading.

Electrostatic application keeps film build even across corners, welds and tight radii.

Parts are cured to the powder manufacturer's schedule so the finish reaches full hardness.

Good to know
No. We coat raw, unpainted metal only. Parts must arrive bare — free of paint, plating and heavy rust scale.
A cured powder finish is far tougher than wet paint: it resists chipping, UV fade, chemicals and corrosion, and stays serviceable outdoors for years.
Yes. Send a RAL number, a paint code or a sample part and we'll match it from thousands of available powders and finishes.
No field work. Everything is done in our Giddings facility so we can control blasting, application and cure conditions.
Remove bearings, seals, rubber, plastics and any hardware you want kept clean, and tell us which threads or machined surfaces to mask.
Part description or drawing, alloy, quantity, desired color and finish, plus any film build spec. Photos are usually enough.
